Eligibility : Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for at least last ten years till 31.12.2023. Female candidates can apply only.Must be able to read, write and express in Bengali and/or NepaliMust pass ‘10+2’ examination from any recognized Board ( Any discipline) with at least 40% marks in aggregate. ‘Passed’ means passed in both theory and practical/ project as applicable. Must pass in English in (10+2) examination.The applicant’s age must be at least 17 (seventeen) years as on 31.07.2024 i.e., the applicant should have been born on or before 31.07.2007. No Upper Age Limit
